A major concert tour by award-winning artist Lea Salonga. The show celebrated her four-decade career.

We were brought on board as the design team to oversee and execute the full creative and technical vision for the show—from initial design concept to live delivery. This was not only a tribute to an iconic artist, but also a deeply personal concert with highly specific musical, visual, and narrative goals.​​

• Integrate cinematic, theatrical, and pop elements to reflect Lea’s multi-genre legacy.

Our team was involved from the very first stages of development, helping the artist and music director shape how the visual language of the show would support and elevate the musical arc. Over the course of a year, we developed and delivered:

• Full production designs including stage layout, lighting and visuals.

• System and technical design, scalable for varied venue formats.

• Previsualization and on-site programming to ensure efficient setup and consistent aesthetic on tour.

• Show operation documentation and touring support.

"There’s very little Lea hasn’t done as an artist. Elegant, classy, refined, assured, are just 4 words that come to mind when you talk about Lea Salonga. We wanted to encapsulate these feelings in the entire look and feel of the live show. We were inspired by the shapes and flowing patterns of festivals from the Philippines. These processional floats inspired, what we called “the sunrise”, structure, made of 3 pieces of ProLyte S36 PRA pre-rig truss on custom dollies holding the elevation of sixty Elation KL Fresnels. We worked closely with our lighting and rigging supplier, TSL Lighting, to R&D a tour-able solution for the array of fresnels. This included many warehouse builds and redrafts. Without finding a solution that could roll straight off the truck we wouldn't have been able to realise the design on the rigorous tour schedule. The time saving we made with the pre-rig came at the cost of truck space. Our team minimised on the need for extra cases by finding neat solutions for peripherals and hardware to travel onboard the truss dollies. We created a 3D truck pack to ensure every millimetre of space was used efficiently. The Austrian drape spanning the upstage truss evoked a more theatrical quality and also allowed us a giant canvas for shifting the visuals. It beautifully framed the stage riser design that lifted the band and BV's over two levels. Lea's set list spans a wide variety of genres and styles, we wanted to ensure the design had the scope to support that vast expanse. The rising of the sun at the top of the show foreshadowed the musical ascent to the peak of the set list. With the later half of the show we shifted from sun to moon, creating a more intense, dark and intimate setting for the more intimate moments."​​

“Using GrandMA3 in mode 2, Robe 150's, SolaFrames, KL Fresnels and custom rolling dollies, we built a rig that could scale and adapt while keeping visual fidelity.”

We built a tour package that could flex across different load-in times and space constraints. Our pre-production process included full Vectorworks drawings, pre-visualisation, CuePoints pre-programming and 3D truck pack drawings. We designed the entire package with trucking and local crew in mind, adding the rolling floor package ensured massive visual impact whilst retaining a fast load-in time.
